Brunswick is filled with caring and creative movers and shakers. We work with local organizations as much as we can. When you donate your unwanted items after consignment, many items go to support our local community. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:
Supporting outdoor access for Maine teens, and high school outdoor clubs. We introduce and foster a love of our natural spaces in Maine. Student-led and faculty-facilitated, high school outdoor clubs are inclusive, regardless of ability or experience.
Teens to Trails also offers three experiential events each year, including an Outdoor Leadership Conference, which helps builds the skills needed for students and faculty to comfortably lead outdoor excursions.

Located in Brunswick Maine, MGS’s Mission is to Promote equitable access to outdoor recreation through a collaborative economy system that acquires, maintains, and lends gear to trip leaders and nature-based educators.
The unique design focuses not on ownership, but on access to assets and waste reduction to naturally benefit Maine trip-leading organizations, outdoor industry brands, and outdoor funders.
Through the Trees is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization set on 58 acres of forest, field, pond and brook in Freeport, Maine. Through Youth Nature Immersion Programs, classes for all ages and community events we invite and gently guide children, teens, families and adults to connect with the wonders of nature by providing transformational experiences that awaken and enliven the mind, body and soul.
Nearly 10% of all trash in local landfills are textiles. Apparel Impact provides towns and municipalities the opportunity to reduce their landfills of textiles and recover them; creating more local jobs, reducing landfill waste and reducing towns overall budgets spent on the disposal of textiles.
Apparel Impact is known for its focus on supporting local people and causes and being the first for-profit company in New England to institute an entire division focused on helping local people.
MAINE NEEDS is a grassroots organization, powered by a growing collective of volunteers. Their aim is to help individuals and families in Maine meet their basic, material needs by providing donated clothing, hygiene products, household items etc.
